DND sends all incoming calls to digital receptionist

    We have Linksys SPA942 phones. It's very easy to accidentally press the DND soft button. The real problem is this: When one of the phones is set to DND, the whole system seems to be set on DND. Every caller is sent straight to the digital receptionist. We have to hunt around the building looking for an extension with "-DND" on the display, turn it off, and get back to business.

    Where have we gone wrong in our 3cx setup? Shouldn't it be possible to set things up so that only the DND'd phone is affected?

    [I realize there have been lots of forum posts on DND, but I couldn't find one with this particular problem.]

    Have a look at the 3CX log (in Verbose if possible), Hit the DND button to cause the issue to occur, have someone call in, does it show any reason why the call is being routed to the DR. Are all of the affected extensions a part of one ring group or queue?
