This pertains to version 15.5 with no service pack. If a customer calls me and I miss the call, I want to receive an email even if the customer does not leave a voicemail. So I have enabled missed call notification for my extension. If I park a call and forget about it, I've configured the system to call me back once per minute. If I don't pick up when I get the Shared Parking callback (maybe because I am on the phone), I get an email--presumably one email per minute: From: Ext.SP1 To: "105" - "Mark" "Berry" Received: "2017-Jun-23 12:22:32" Ringing:"00:00" Do not send a “missed call” email when the call is from a Shared Parking extension (or perhaps from any system extension).
