Do SPA50x have a log?

    One of my phones seems to keep resetting and I would like to figure out if its badhardware or some strange config issue.
    Do these phones have an internal log that's available? I can't notice it off hand on the phones web ui.

    3cx doesn't show anything unusual, just that it un/registered.

    The only thing it might have (their ATA's do), is a setting (IP destination) for use with a Syslog server. If it does, you'd have to install the server ( these guys have a free trial, but there should be others, if you do a search.. http://www.solarwinds.com/register/kiwi_registration.aspx?Program=876&c=70150000000Es8J ) on another PC, then point the sets logs to that IP.

    Sounds like it could be a resync issue under provisioning.

    Check for "Resync Periodic:", under "Provisioning" tab, I set all my SPA50x's to 0 (numeric zero), also check your provisioning template, when the phone is reprovisioned it will revert back the default setting and resync every number of seconds in the field.

    I found the syslog field I'll see if that works out for me.
