Does anyone make a dial plan interpreter?

    Something that will interpret a dial plan string into plain English?

    I'm trying to figure out what
    Code:
    (*xx.|*xxx|*75xx|[3469]11|0|00|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.|**275*x.)
    means.

    It looks like a Linksys/Cisco Dialplan. there are a number of sites that have info on how to craft one...such as this http://www.netphonedirectory.com/pap2_dialplan.htm

    the best dialplan is a blank.

    Never a problem with a blank. Just have to press the Send/Dial/OK key when you are done just like you do with a cell phone.
