Does not accept incoming Fax

Good afternoon. Tell me. 3cx v.11 does not accept incoming faxes. all set, but as soon as the signal gets to the number of virtual Fax it resets. In what may be the case.

Did it ever work, or did it just stop working?

What type of trunks are you suing for incoming calls and do they (the VoIP provider) support T.38 ?
 
Earlier he worked. Incoming were accurate.
Codecs g711. The operator says that supports T.38 available.

If it worked previously, then what changed, at your location, just before it stopped?
 
Get a wireshark capture, filter for SIP and examine the t38 re-invite. If you need help, post the capture here.
