Does Salesforce Log Outbound Calls?

    Does Salesforce automatically log outbound calls made with 3CX?

    Using the desktop phone?
    Using the Chrome Click2Dial extension?

    I recommend that you also check a 3rd party CTI like Tenfold. Tenfold is an intelligent assistant that can integrate 3CX with Salesforce.

    One of its key features is automatic call logging. All your inbound and outbound calls are automatically saved in Salesforce. It can save you a lot of precious time as it eliminates useless clicks. Tenfold also has a click-to-dial feature that converts all phone numbers inside Salesforce or on any part of your browser into clickable hyperlinks.

    There are other helpful Tenfold features like a floating UI (screen pop/caller ID) and a call analytics dashboard.
