Does the license count internal and externals calls?

    I was wondering if the license counts both internal and external calls. For example: if I have a 16 call license, if there are 10 external calls in progress and seven users are talking internally (intercom calls) will the system allow it. Or is it just the CO or external calls that are counted?

    Next question - what happens or what does the next caller (17th caller in our example) hear when they attempt to place a call?

    I believe that callers will reach a recording that states that the licence limit has been reached.
