don´t works outgoin calls to numbers but works to nic names

    Hi, I have the following matter

    when i put a land phone number I can´t do work the system but when I put a nic mane from Skype works perfectly.

    I´m running all this on:
    Windows 2003 web server edition
    3cx 7,1
    Gateway for skype last version no beta.
    AMD 64bit X2
    2Gb Ram
    500gb HD

    I think this is the most common issue found until now :mrgreen:
    To dial phone numbers using Skype, there are two conditions REQUIRED:
    - have Skype credit
    - phone number SHOULD contain country code (00xx)

    Therefore, in your case, supposing you have SK as outbound rule, skypefriend Skype account and 99999999 phone number:
    - calling SKskypefriend will work
    - calling SK99999999 will not work, should be SK00xx99999999, where 00xx is the country code where 999999999 is located.

    Yes it´s fault, I trie with country code(54) and city Code(11) but doesn´t work, I attach the log for your review

    There is not a bug to be fixed, believe me :mrgreen:

    Let's have a look, together, at the logfile you posted:
    1 - Incoming call from Ext.6501 to <sip:9541149416596...
    2 - Calling PSTNline:541149416596@...

    Well, these two lines shows that the outbound rule is 9, and the number you want is 541149416596. Since there is no 00 in front of it, obviously you get
    3 - Attempt to reach <sip:9541149416596. failed. Reason: Busy

    The same case for 905401149416596 - 05401149416596. I don't know, but for all three countries I'm dialing usually, the phone number should start with 00, two zeros - while on your case is only one.

    To be sure, do the following test - open a standalone Skype and call from it 541149416596 and 05401149416596, respectively. If you don't have credit Skype will tell you. If the number is wrong, it again it will tells you - everytime Skype is unable to make the call, you will get a "...failed. Reason: Busy" on your sip phone.

    Please try this and tell me how is going.

    incleible! yes! you are rigth! my skype client reconize my country and never need to put "0054" in front any number! It´s working!!! now I pay for this solution.
