The call lasts 3 seconds. In the call log, in the "Duration" column, "Missed" is written. What could be the problem?

Setup order:
- A call queue is created.
- Amazon Web Services account is created, user rights are configured.
- In the programming environment 3CX Call Flow Designer, the TextToSpeechDemo application opens. The credentials of the AWS account are entered. The application is compiled without errors into the file TextToSpeechDemo.tcxvoiceapp.
- In the queue settings, the "Voice applications" flag is set and the file TextToSpeechDemo.tcxvoiceapp.
- The service is rebooted.
