The call lasts 3 seconds. In the call log, in the "Duration" column, "Missed" is written. What could be the problem?

Setup order:

  1. A call queue is created.
  2. Amazon Web Services account is created, user rights are configured.
  3. In the programming environment 3CX Call Flow Designer, the TextToSpeechDemo application opens. The credentials of the AWS account are entered. The application is compiled without errors into the file TextToSpeechDemo.tcxvoiceapp.
  4. In the queue settings, the "Voice applications" flag is set and the file TextToSpeechDemo.tcxvoiceapp.
  5. The service is rebooted.

Please check the 3CXQueueManager.log file, there you will find the cause of the problem.
