Hi Smart Internet Peoples
I need to downgrade Yealink T20P firmware.
If I do it through the 3CX system it doesnt apply the firmware (stays on the newer FW), just restarts the phone.
Used the same method to upgrade the phones.
I can downgrade fine if I do it on the phone itself (via Web interface)
Any idea how to do this from 3CX?
3CX Phone System Version 11 - Service Pack 4 - Build 28976
Yealink firmware that is on now: 9.71.0.140
Yealink firmware that I want on: 9.70.0.168
PS: 9.71.0.140 causes a limit of 1MB/s transfer speed for PC / laptop connected through it. and there is a Call recall issue (call recall issue was reported but not tested)
9.71.0.140 has not been marked safe for 3CX from the Yealink site, lesson leared.
