DR fails to transfer to PSTN

    in group dialing its a feature which dial all the extension as specified in hunt or ring all format. so if any of the extension is not available it will skip that extension and it will not divert its call even if configured to divert it to some external extension which not available.

    It cannot be done in ring group and call queue function. but if you make an IVR say to talk to person A press 1 Person B press 2 and then u have defined A ext as always forward to external number 123456789 it will work in this case. But if you have ring goup or call queue for incoming call then it will not work with always forward. so simply use the exmple as stated above use IVR and then it will work great...
