DR not answering consistantly and high util on 3cxivrserver

    Upgrade from v7 to v8 or v9 (sp4) results in IVR / DR inconsistant DR/Call Q Announcment behavior. Sometimes it answers correctly, sometimes it answers with choppy sound, sometimes it does not answer - sends straight to t/o option.

    I am running 2003 Server on Hyper-V with no problems on 3cx v7. I tried upgrading to v8 twice in the last 12 months with the same results. I just upgraded to v9(sp4) hoping the issues would be resolved - they were not. I have 4gb RAM and 100% CPU dedicated with the same results. I reverted back to my original v7 vhd and things work correctly.

    I've check my audio files and they are all .wav PCM 16bit / 8khz.

    I have noticed, that generally when the DR does not answer at all (picks up the line, but gives silence and eventually disconnects), the CPU utilization on 3cxivrserver.exe is peaking at 60-80%, when it drops back down, DR will beging servicing the calls again... I cannot find any other cause/effect relationship...

    Hi,

    I'd suggest you delete IVR 411 and re-create it and see what happens.
    Also it would be nice to know what functions you have set IVR411 to do.
