DR > Ring Group > Busy Phone = Transfer error is it no

    Ok today i got into this, theres one receptionist with a GXP2000 Phone this are the steps:

    1.- Incoming Call from PSTN
    2.- Call gets into DR(800)
    3.- DR(800) directs the call to Ring group(802) wish is supposed to ring on Extension 100
    4.- Extension 100 is busy on another call and transfer fails and loops again to the DR(800)

    I tried to configure the Busy detection to Use Phone status and PBX Status, but no luck transfer fails.

    If i get a call from another extension and the phone is busy it just blinks line 2 so it works.

    Also if i get the same call from PSTN and get to DR and dial the extension 100 and is busy it rings line 2, so this fails if it goes trough the Ring Group.

    OK what i havent tried yet is to configure the DR to go directly to extension 100. i will try that. (i get this idea when i was typing this messages :) )
