DR transfers cannot be answered - v6.0.612

    Hi,

    I followed the upgrade procedure for v6 by uninstalling v5 and letting v6 use the existing database. When a call comes to the DR, and the action is "Connect to Extension", the call cannot be answered. The extension rings but answering just gets silence. The caller just hears the music on hold.

    There is a similar topic in this forum and the solution there is to do 'all' from scratch and recreate all the extensions, lines, and DRs. The installation I'm working with has a large number of extensions and lines; a lot of work to recreate from scratch.

    Any ideas short of recreating from scratch?

    We are having the same problem all transfers are failling to
    transfer from the DR & v6.0.612.23 is this the latest build???

    To the best of my knowledge 6.0.612.0 is the latest release. Where did you see 6.0.612.23?
