Draytel Registration Settings

    Hi,

    I am trying to get my draytel trunk working on 3CX.

    I am using:
    server: draytel.org
    port: 5060
    outbound proxy: nat.draytel.org
    port: 5065
    my id and password...

    I have tried it both with and without the outbound proxy but neither seem to register. I am getting the following messages in the activity log:

    22:10:39.102 [CM504007]: Next attempt to register 10000@draytel is scheduled in 10 minutes
    22:10:39.102 [CM504005]: Registration failed for: 10000@draytel; Cause: 503 Service Unavailable; warning: ; internal
    22:10:39.040 Connection error Timeout while contacting DNS servers for nat.draytel.org
    22:10:34.196 [CM504003]: Sent registration request for 10000@draytel

    Has anyone got Draytel working with the server?

    We currently use trixbox with the trunk but I am trying alternatives..

    Any help would be very useful.

    I think that this is your problem. The way you have your DNS server info datafilled is such that 3CX is unable to retrieve the IP address of nat.draytel.org. That URL actually converts to 217.14.138.154. try using that IP instead.

    If that works then you need to correct your DNS, or perhaps Gateway settings, in either your router or PC.

    thanks is working with the IP. the dns does return the correct IP tho.
