Drop call constantly at 32 sec

    Hi,
    Drop call (internal n external) constantly at 32 sec when using tunnel and only happened to windows soft-phone only. Anybody have this kind of problem before ? Fyi, 3cxv14 up to date with SP3 .

    Although I am not sure what specifically is causing this, but 3CX Phone System drops a call after exactly 32 seconds if it does not receive an ACK message in that time after a call has been answered.
    Is anything on your system using port 5080? Did you change some port on the 3CX System to that port?
