dropped calles

    We are seeing 1 in 10 calls droppped on our 3cx.

    config -

    call centric
    comcast
    windows 2008 server 64bit
    no anti virus, no firewall

    where do I start looking

    Hi,

    The best place to start would probably be to look at the server activity log on the management console, see what errors it giving you and post back, so I may direct you further.
