Dropped Calls - Registeration Attempts Delay

    We have been getting dropped calls at least 8-10 times a day. We will be talking to someone and then it will just disconnect the caller. Could this have anything to do with the registration attempts delay? Right now we have it set at 3,600 seconds which is the default setting

    We need more info- how long does it work before it drops, what phones are you using, are the extensions local or remote, can you post some logs?

    yes as mentioned above, we need more info.
    I haven't had any dropped calls.

    are you using a gateway or a VOIP provider?

    I've changed my debugging mode to verbose and I've pasted the server log below. We are using Zingo as our VOIP provider and 3cx is running on a computer that is on the DMZ. We are not using a gateway
