Dropping calls [v15.1.41]

    My phone is an Asus Zenfone 2 with version 15.1.41 of the client installed. We are using 3cx V15.5.

    When I receive an internal call I cannot answer the phone. I click the accept button on my phone, and it drops my call and does not send to voicemail. Whenever an outside number calls, I can pick up just fine and they can hear me perfectly. In the logs it also lists that the call is going from my coworkers extension to localhost (127.0.0.1) and the PBX is listing 406 Not Acceptable.

    We recently upgraded to 3cx version 15.5 from 15, and I don't believe this was an issue until the last two days since we updated. Does anyone have any solutions? I can't find any through search function on the forums.

    Update:
    We double checked the codec settings to get rid of the not acceptable error message, but we are now getting a new error message. We are trying to call 804 from extension 801.

    Hi Arianna
    "Not Acceptable" error could be a hint of codec mismatch; in the management console, verify your extension and enable "PBX delivers audio" to see if then is working. Also try the echo service (*777) to see if it's working.

    Vali, thank you for your help! The codec mismatch fixed my app no longer ringing, but I'm getting a new error message from extension to extension in the console now.
