Solved DTMF issues with Snom

    Hello!

    We have problems with DTMF tones on Snom D715, D765 and D725 phones. At irregular intervals, the Snom phones stop sending DTMF tones.

    Firmware on the devices is the 3CX version 8.9.3.66

    After a restart, the problem is gone for a short time. But comes back at irregular intervals.
    Are there any solutions?

    We also unse the Snom DECT M700 system. DTMF here works perfect.

    The codec for the SIP trunk is G.711 A-law. The SIP provider supports this codec only.
    It is the same issue with internal and external calls.

    the firmware 3CX ships is "8.9.3.87" and addresses an issue which took some time until the source was found in relation to the loss of DTMF functionality.

    Plz update and let us know.

    hello. 8.9.3.87 is out since yesterday? It seems to work now after the update. This would be great! We had issues the last 6 months.
