DTMF problem

    Hi

    I have problem with DTMF. I have DID from DIDWW which delivers the DTMF when the IVR ask for extension it doesn't recognize the key typed. at the same time I ask them to check the problem and they did and they said problem is not from their side, they test my DID and they say it works prefectly with their DTMF test line. they saied my server could not detect DTMF and I should set RFC . Where is the setting for DTMF is 3cx? is anybody else seeing same porblem ? what is the resolution ?

    Hi,

    Still I have same problem the 3cxx is not recognizing the DTMF tone although they use RFC2833 and in system log I see this message !!!

    11:48:29.054 [MS211000] C:9.1: <IP>:50958 is delivering DTMF using RTP payload (RFC2833). In-Band DTMF tone detection is disabled for this call segment.

    why inband DTMF is disabled ? how can I enable it ?
