    Hi Nanna,

Please check if you have the same issue with a standard Digital Receptionist as well. That will tell you if the issue is related to the CFD app or maybe a problem with the protocol used by the phone to send the DTMF digits. Also, please check if this happens always, or just when calling from specific extensions, or for calls coming from a SIP Trunk... For DTMF there are 3 protocols that can be used: RFC-2833 (recommended), SIP-INFO and in-band audio. Depending on the method used by the calling phone you might experience problems with DTMF detection on the CFD side.

    Kind regards.

    Hi Ernesto

I found out this is not related to CFD.

I was testing our new cfd design from the 3CX web client, and the problem is with IP desktop phones, Win/mac clients.

    Regards Nanna

    Hi Nanna
If I understood correctly, you're trying to send DTMFs from the webclient? This will not work, currently there is no support for it.
