Dumb new user question....

    I just setup a vanilla install of the newest version of the 3CX software on a dedicated server. I have 2 extension created, works great call to call using the softphone. The issue I have is that when I dial 999 from the softphone, there is no prompt for voicemail. I hear nothing, no prompt to login, no voice, nothing. I'm not prompted to enter my extension or pin. Which means I can't record a voicemail message. I have manually recorded a greeting wave file and placed it in the proper extension directory for my extension, however when another extension calls my extension, they do not get my voicemail greeting.

    Is there something I need to setup further to get voicemail to work? Anything else I need to do to get VM to prompt me for my extension number and pin?

    You have no direct show filters installed for mp3. Install K-lite codec pack on your server.
