During Voicemail Playback Rewind Option

    I have got this request from a number of customers. "Customers who previously have Avaya PBX"
    They have/had a option that when listening to a voicemail on there physical phone you could press a specific 1-9 button to rewind 5 seconds. So you could press it multiple times if needed to go back 5,10,15... seconds.

    This is very useful when listening to voicemails that include a phone number or such at the end that requires you to write it down. Being able to hit the rewind button would be very nice.

    Please consider.

    The hardest part of selling a phone system is not wowing a customer with the new features. It is trying to replace there old features that are not available. I think this is one that would be very welcomed by multiple resellers.

    We have been asked for this too, it saves having to listen to the entire message and the preceding number and time/date if you miss one part of a message.
