Dynamic IP Red on Dashboard

    I recently had to change my router and in the process my public IP address changed. I have a dynamic IP and it is setup that way in 3CX. My IP is showing as Dynamic and in red on the dashboard. Is that normal or is there a problem?

    That is normal when having a dynamic IP. Although this is supported it is not recommended for a production system as every time your IP changes there will be some down time until DNS entries are propagated throughout the Internet.
