Dynamics CRM Activiti On Answer

    Hello,

    we use the 3CX Client Plugin for Dynamics CRM.

    The contact folder also opens, but the activity in CRM is not created until the call is ended.
    Is it possible that the activity in the Microsoft CRM system is already created when answering the call.

    Hello @Dominik Meier,

    Unfortunately that's not something you can configure. The call activity is only created when the call ends. If you need such a feature, you would need to change the scripts provided by 3CX, creating a custom plugin.

    Hello, unfortunately this is not possible with the solution of 3CX Dynamics CRM. It also cannot be customized because the solution is locked.

    We provide the C# code. You can edit this code as you wish and upload your changes as a custom plugin. The solution is NOT locked, you can do what you need with it.

    Hi ernesto thank you for your reply,

    for a normal user (without any developer skills) it´s not easy or possible to do changes. The C# code is not locked you are right, but the solution is managed so i can´t do changes when the original solution is running. so you are right i have to uninstall and change the files and then upload as a own custom plugin/solution.

    Yes, the only way is modifying the scripts. The scripts are located into a ZIP file in the 3CX server:
    - For Windows: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\MyPhone\Integration
    - For Linux: /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Interface/MyPhone/Integration

    You can unzip the ZIP you need to edit, change the scripts, make another ZIP and upload it as a custom integration.
