Dynamics CRM Integration Error

    Got Dynamics mostly working.
    When user clicks "Call via 3CX" an error message box pops up:
    Title: Message from Webpage
    A Microsoft Dynamics CRM window was unable to open, and may have been blockedby a pop-up blocker. Please add this Microsoft Dynamics CRM seever to the list of sites your pop-up blocker allows to open new windows <CRM SERVERNAME>.

    Trouble is that pop-up blocker is NOT enabled. The same behavior is occuring on 2 separate machines.
    One is Vista the other is Win 7.

    After the error and before you click ok, the dialer webpage comes up and begins to dial the number ok.

    The activity window does not pop up.
