Dynamics CRM integration

    Hello,

    We are running v15.5 Update 2 on-premise and have an IFD Dynamics 365 deployed. When we enable 3cx it does not error but never screen pops either.

    I have not been able to find any logs on the client to try and investigate further. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Hello @chaney,

    The logs are located in folder "%AppData%\3CXPhone for Windows\Logs". Take a look at them and let us know in case of needing any help.
