efax not workign

    Can't you assign a DID to someone and it could be their inbound efax DID? It seems to not work. We have the fax server setup to 888, nothing changed there. I take an available DID and point to the fax option to my extension which has my email address associated with it. I call the DID from another fax machine and it immediately drops. any thing else i should check.

    Hello @Toddalex2000

    Please note that a normal call will drop if the DID you are calling is pointing to FAX. Have you tried sending a fax to that DID? Does your provider support FAX? Do you see the attempt in the 3CX activity log?
