Elmeg IP-190 handset hears no audio

    Hello.. I have a new 3cx install. Trunks, inbound/outbound routes, extensions, ring groups all setup, and working as expected with the 3cxphone.

    I am trying to get our existing Elmeg IP-290 phones working.

    The elmeg can dial a softphone, and the softphone hears the elmeg, but the elmeg hears no audio, including ring tones.

    Firewall tests all run and pass with exit code 0.

    These phones are all working with our FreePBX setup, so maybe I havent changed some settings, but the phones register, they show OK in their web interface. All traffic implies they are working.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hello,
    It sounds like an RTP issue. I suggest that you reset the phone to its factory settings and try again.
