Email-Adress - SMTP not working

    I have 3CX installed as cloud version on AWS. In the settings I want to change the email address from which configurations and invitations should be sent to our Kopano server running on UCS with postfix.

    Our mail server has port 465 open so I set the server to put in all credentials, activate SSL/TLS and test. The test results in

    The operation was cancelled!

    And on the server side I can see in the postfix log:

    connect from ...
    SSL_accept error from ... lost connection
    lost connection after CONNECT from ...
    disconnect from

    On the email server side I use a letsencrypt certificate and on the 3cx server side a I use letsencrypt as well. Using a mail client like Thunderbird works without any problems to connect to the mail server.

    What might be the problem?
