    It would be great if the admin could get an alert if a call was active for say, over 4 hours, or some configurable number. We have training sessions that can last up to 8 hours so we've increased the max call time, but sometimes calls do hang. An alert would be nice so we could investigate long calls and drop if hung.

    Though this wouldn't be an issue if calls wouldn't still get stuck, but I have seen this happen multiple times so an email alert would be great!
