Email notification for inbound call

    Hi,
    I configured "Digital receptionist" with menu option.
    Now I would to send a mail notification when the caller press option 3 (helpdesk), how can I do it?

    I have to use VAD?

    Yes, you need to use the 3CX Call Flow Designer to do it. Here you have the details on how to do it:

    The CFD includes that demo app when you install it.
