email notification issues

    Everything has been fine up until yesterday. I am having two issues:

    1. Missed call notification sent (on time) however when the call was NOT missed but answered. This doesn't always happen but noted 4 to 5 times.
    2. Missed call notification sent 11 hours after actual missed call. This only happened once. Other notifications are delivered on-time during same stretch.

    I am using my own internal Exchange server which checks out clean. 3CX v12 sp6.1.

    Troubleshooting, looking in "CallHistoryService.log" I see voicemail email logged but not missed call logs. Is there another location? Or is that only with Verbose logging?

    Also is there a 3CX email spool folder?
