Email Notification of Hang Up

    How do I configure a n email notification when a caller in the queue hangs up?

    My customer wants to get an email with phone number of call each time a caller who is sitting in a queue hangs up.

    Hi BobD.

    1.) Settings -> General -> Mail Server (Complete the configuration for the smtp server).
    2.) Extensions -> Select the Manager Extension Number -> General -> Fill Email Address.
    3.)Call Queues -> Queue -> Select the Queue u want the mail report -> Queue e-mail notifications -> Select the queue manager -> Select Box Notify Queue manager when a queue call is lost.

    U are done 3cx Ver. 12 SP3.

    Thank you for the detailed reply!!

    Unfortunately, the customer does not have the Call Center edition of 3CX.

    It's a simple business who wants / needs to know if users are hanging up while sitting in the queue so they can call them back.

    They have version 11. Does version 12 allow this feature without it being Call Center edition?

    I don't think you need the call center edition but you do need to have the "pro" edition in V12
