Email notification stopped working

    I've just installed a Patton 4112. Outgoing calls, OK. Incoming calls OK, including vm messages recorded. But I no longer get email notification.

    How do I trouble shoot this?

    Problem solved: for some reason the call history service had not started!
    Now, of course, it would be nice to know why it didn't start.
