I'm hoping someone can help me out with this. I had email notifications setup where I would get an email when a call is dropped or when a voice mail is sent it would go to my email but I can't seem to get it to work again. I tried to figure it out but I don't see what I am doing wrong. I have my email added under the voice mail extension, I have it added under every queue as the queue manager also under general settings my email is set as the notification email but I am not getting anything. I have version 12, also I am having trouble with my windows licence which I am trying to resolve with my cloud server provider, might the windows licence be an issue?
