email recorded calls

    Hi,

    All our calls are recorded in hosted 3cx
    But is it possible to mail them afterworths(end of call)? So this way we can save them in our helpdesk system

    Take a look at our 3CX Recording Manager. www.VoIPTools.com. It can forward recordings to the extension's email address that recorded the call AND email to a master email address.
