Email Setup doesnt work, whats wrong ?

    Im on the 3cx license page, on the setup page, it shows this error.
    But whats wrong ?

    The email is correct and password , port, everything is correct.

    The error is clear there, it says 'Invalid HELO name. Basically whenever a SMTP client contacts a SMTP server it introduces itself with a HELO command and its hostname. Apparently your mail server doesn't like whatever 3CX using. Since I don't believe this is exposed as a configuration item in 3CX, your only option is to either configure your server to loosen its SMTP client validation, whitelist your PBX, or use a different mail server.
