Email templates on multi-instances need to identify specific tenancies

    I know you can customise the email templates, but it would be better if the default templates had a way of identifying the particular instance in the email alerts. So, if we get an email alert for a blacklisted IP address, there is no way of knowing what instance this refers to. Having to modify x number of templates multiplied by y number of instances is a very big job…if 3CX could include some sort of %%tenancy_name%% variable in the standard email templates, this would be fantastic.

    I meant to include in the original post. In one way this would render my original request useless, but as an additional option, it would be very useful to be able to change the From: email address per tenancy on the multi instance installations.

    We've made this part of the go-live procedures on all new hosted accounts. Customize the Email templates of the instance to manually add the instance names to the Subject
