About a month ago this just stopped working. I have 2 extensions that are set up to do this. One is set up to keep the file and email it, another is set up to email the file, but delete it. The only thing both are doing is keeping the files, and not emailing. Have already checked the smtp and it is fine. Have reinstalled. Turned off firewalls at router and windows box. Same issue. No idea why it just stopped working. Where can I go to get a detailed log to track this down? This is on a Windows 12 server.

    Thanks.

use a telnet program and telnet to your smpt port on your email server. you may need to change your security to allow that machine to email to it.

Google Smtp telnet test and you will find what you need to test the port.

GoDaddy hosts my email and my internet provider is Comcast. This was working fine. I've had a few issues with comcast and port 25, could this be an issue? Where can I find detailed logs?

Solved. It was Comcast blocking port 25, which I assume 3CX uses as default. Specified port 80 and all is good.
