Emergency Code

    I was pleased to discover the emergency code function added to 3CX v9, as this is something that is important to our business. However, as soon as i enable it, I've noticed that all extensions have the ability to trigger this dial code, not just the Administrators. Is this the intended behavior? It is completely undesirable to us to allow all extensions to trigger the office hours. The 3CX dial code blog makes it seem like it should only be administrators that can trigger this. Is there a way to ensure that only Administrators have access to this dial code?

    No, there isn't, but you can change dial code from *64 to *15588445 (voicemail admin PIN for example).
