Hi all, Sometimes we have a situation in the office that requires a change on the phone system. When this happens we want a method of changing the phone system to use a different IVR which informs clients we are having an issue currently and prompts them to leave a voice mail. It needs to be able to be done by anyone quickly so either dialling a number or running a script would be the preferable solution. Anyone have any ideas? We run 3CX on Windows version 10 service pack 1.1 Thanks!
