Emergency Numbers

    My SIP Provider is Flow Route and I have setup E911 address

    3CX Console Under Settings - Emergency Numbers I create a 911 number routed to flowroute

    When I dial 911 send on a hard phone I get what is like a busy signal. When I have a Flowroute tech on the other end he says he sees noting comining in to his side

    What am I doing wrong

    Check the 3CX server log after a call attempt. that will tell you why the call has failed. I suspect the outbound rules. Don't forget to let an operator answer, and explain you are testing, once a call does go through, or you will probably have the police knocking on your door.
