    when the 3cxphone is in cti mode the dialpad is disabled as soon as the call is connected.
    So i can't make selections in IVRs and have to use the yealink deskphone instead.
    In v14 it was possible to dial numbers on the softphone via cti :-(
    It's still possible when the client is in softphone mode.
    Please switch back to the old behavior
