End of call Grace Period????

    Is there a way to have an End of Call Grace Period... Where after a Queues call finishes the extension is removed from the queue for per say 30 seconds.

    In our instance its Tech support and we need to finish the call logs / Ticket before the phone rings again.

    Actually there isn't. I hadn't noticed this before. A "wrap up" time needs to be added to the queues page to allow time for an agent to finish data entry or whatever before the next call comes in.

    I am shocked that this was not a standard feature...
