    A real biggie for businesses and call centres that need to attribute every single outbound call to a job or client - and then charge for those calls.

    It should be a setting at extension level - which when enabled forces the user to enter a billing code before allowing an outbound external call to be made.

    I understand that users can enter a billing code during a call, but that's optional and reliant on the user remembering.

    Totally agree without the ability to enforce billing codes there's no guarantee that the data captured is reliable. It would be great if this could be enforced on an extension and extension group level.

    Also how about adding a 'Billing Code' field to the Address Book in 3CX so that if that number is dialled, 3CX automatically prepends the assigned billing code whenever a call is made to that number.

    Looks great. . Problem is in the SA market $160 a month {over 2k} for a tms is not a viable option
