Engaged tone handling

    Hi,

    We have discovered if we call a number via our SIP trunks and the number is engaged with no VM or the number is no longer in use, there is a silent pause then the call just drops without any notification, sound or anything.

    Usually there is something displayed very small in the top right corner of the soft client which is might give some sort of explanation but it is very easily missed.

    Would be great to have an expected engaged tone or maybe a voice message to say something appropriate?
