Entering Queue bug

    We setup a queue for our support number and we are using a combination of the soft phone version 12 with CTI and Aastra phones.

    We frequently use *62 and *63 to enter and leave the queue. However if we leave the queue using the CTI integration, and then try to enter with *62 the Voice prompt will tell that we are entering the queue. However the CTI clearly shows that this doesn't happen.

    We've confirmed that no voice calls in the queue are dispatched to this extension.

    We are using 3CX version 12 SP1
