Enterprise Q and Digital Receptionist not working..

    Hi

    I have my lines setup to route inbound calls to a Digital Receptionist (8001) however the calls go stright to the Call Queue (8000) and by passes the Digital Receptionist.

    If I dial 8001 from a phone I get the Digital Receptionist prompts.

    Looks like some kind of bug or can I not have both?

    Ok, think I see whats going on now.

    It looks like it defaulting to OUT OF OFFICE HOURS.

    Looking at the SET OFFFICE HOURS under general nothing is ticket so the same setting will apply for BOTH IN OFFICE HOURS AND OUT OF OFFICE HOURS.

    Something wrong here for sure; set the office ours from 9:00 to 18:00 and set the routing in office hours to go to DR 8001 and out of hours to end the call. Now the phone system just rings and rings.

    Get a message in the log saying:

    [CM103005] call(15) is rejected : Destination does not exist or is not registered.

    If I uncheck the office hours and set the out of ours route to DR then I get the prompt. So there is a problem with the office hours and routing.

    running version 3CX Phone System v3.0.2328.0 the downlaod page states
    that version v3.1.2295 is aval but i am running this download.

    3cxphonesystem31.exe build v3.1.2295 (Enterprise & Free edition)

    Hello dionh

    There was some small bug, if I remember correctly with that version regarding the forwarding to DR and in/out of office hours. I am not sure if your issues were related to that small bug.

    In a few days, we should have another version ready that fixes this and certain other small issues.
